HOW TO REGISTER

• Choose the Class / Classes you would like to register for from our Dance Class Schedule
• Fill out a Registration Form & attach your first month’s tuition (Click here for Tuition Schedule) payment along with a $10 registration fee (Per Family not Per Student)
• Submit - 1 of 3 Ways:
- Drop if off anytime in our "Drop Box" located outside the main entrance door at the back of our building (Click here for our Physical Address)
- Hand it in anytime we are open (Click here for Studio Hours)
- Mail it to P. O. Box 1216 Lakeville, MN 55044
Please be aware we do not have debit/credit card capabilities, so please be prepared to pay with check or cash. For your convenience, we have AUTO PAY giving you the opportunity to have your tuition payments automatically withdrawn on the first day of each month from the bank account of your choice. Just fill it out, turn it in and all your tuition payments will be paid on time every month.
